17 Million Europass CV's

Since 2005 it has been possible to create your Europass CV online at the Europass portal. Over 17 million Europass CV has been created in the portal, 214 000 of those in Finland, between 2005 and January 2012.

It is possible to create the Europass CV in 26 languages. English is by far the most popular langauge: in 2011 more than 4 million Europass CV in English was created.

It is also possible at download the Europass CV, instructions and examples from the Europass portal. To date  almost 55 million individual documents created or downloaded from the portal.

Finns Active Users of Europass

In 2011 as many as 23 000 Europass CVs were created in Finnish; and all in all, more than 65 000 Europass CVa have been created in Finland in 2011, in Finnish and in other languages.

Users of Europass Are Young

From the statistics collected, it can be determined that the users of Europass are young, have good language skills and have relatively little work experience:

- 46.2% are below 25 years old or younger
- 69%, at least two foreign languages
- 16% have more than two years of work - and 16% have 3-5 years experience

Europass is particularly popular in Portugal and Italy, in Romania, Spain and Hungary.
